Looks like that day has arrived. At least for PropellerAds.
Over the past few months, their traffic table shows that push notification volume on major geos has dropped several times over. In August-September, the decline was gradual, but in recent weeks, it's accelerated sharply. In India and Indonesia, volume has already fallen more than threefold, and it really looks like we've finally reached the day when push notifications will stop being a mass advertising format.
Network managers say the issues are related to new Google updates that allow users to easily unsubscribe from notifications, and it'll likely not get better. In some other push networks, volume is also dropping, but not as dramatically as in PropellerAds. Has anyone else noticed
