Managed vs Unmanaged hosting for traffic

Hi guys, I am building a new authority website/blog which I will grow first with organic traffic using ai content then later use paid traffic for adx arbitrage, when it reaches the minimum requirements for mediavine. I am wondering if I should use unmanaged hosting like vultr or managed one like siteground. Also, what are your thoughts on using paid traffic campaigns on the website? Would it count in fulfilling adsense and mediavine requirements? Your thoughts are welcome
