Will Ad Network See Conversions If I Track LP Clicks in Binom?

Hey guys, quick question.

I’m running Popunder traffic and tracking everything in Binom.
I can already see zone-wise clicks and I can also track landing page button clicks as my “lead” inside Binom.

But my question is:

Will the ad network also know/see these conversions automatically?
Like, will the ad network show leads/conversions next to the zone ID just because Binom is tracking them?

Or do I need to set up a conversion postback / pixel to send the “LP click = conversion” event back to the ad network?

Basically:
Binom shows conversions → but will ad network stats also update?

I am running CPA Campaign 1st time, Any guidance would be appreciated
