What Payment Methods to Receive and Pay?

Hi guys I just got paid my first payout from Mobipium and Its just a small amount of but Paypal Fees ate up like nearly of my profit WTF!

Next month I'm looking at my first big payout from Mobipium, so what do you guys reckon I should use?

I am from Malaysia if it helps. It's likely I will be using Payoneer to receive the next payment.
