I noticed Kintura has a report that is based on the User's Time. This is different than most trackers that show day parting reports based on the timezone you have set for the tracker.
For those wondering, they do have a regular day parting report and it's also awesome:

I asked Aaron (@Kintura) about it and the report is actually based on the user's timezone. That's pretty awesome and smart. I don't think I've seen another tracking tool with.
