This caught my eye and might be useful for anyone playing around with AI automations.
TypeSafe has released Jev in early access. Rather than writing text like ChatGPT, it gives you predefined choices, scores and probabilities. Basically, making lots of small decisions without asking a chatbot to write an essay every time
For affiliate tools, I can see potential uses for categorising products, filtering content or working out which bits of data need a closer look. Not something to write your next lander, more something running behind the scenes.
They’re claiming some pretty big speed and cost improvements over normal LLMs for this sort of work. I've not tried it yet, so can't vouch for that, but it looks worth a play.
