This weekend, I started working on a simple piece of JavaScript that I use to create what I'm calling the Triple Threat for Monetization.
The Triple Threat is:
1. Push Collection (I'm using ProPush):

3. Back Button

With these 3 things added to your landing page you are creating 3 different opportunities to monetize the user that doesn't actually take away from your main conversion objective.
With some split tests, I do see a slight decrease in the main offer CTR, but the additional revenue generated by the Triple Threat seems to make up for it
Is there any additions we could add to the Triple Threat that I'm missing?
