I'm running south africa with propellerAds, and direct linking for testing and to learn about how to do a optimisation for a camp, as you know the traffic is very expensive(pic 1), base on my purpose so i set a very low CPM, begin with 0.45, and i found some interesting things, the traffic almost all referrer to empty(pic 2), so i'm wondering is that means all of them are bots?
and base on my assume, i shut all the zoneId on propellerAds, then i rise the CPM, and all traffic are jus the same, referrer to empty, i'm thinking about that maybe just because of my CPM is so low so i couldn't get touch with real person, so i just want to know how
