Bidding : (Suggestion Maximum bidding ) i want to make sure reaching top publisher. ( i do have my white-list zone for some verticals ) it's very important when you dealing with poptraffic. Even Propellerad they have big volume and overall good quality. you will still need rule out bad weed.
