PopCash seems to approve new campaigns fairly quickly, but if you don't want to wait, you can simply update an old campaign with the new targeting details you want and save it and traffic will start back up without approval.
You can't change your tracking link, but of course you can edit the path in your tracker.
I'm surprised they've let this slide, but I've taken advantage of it over the past few weeks as I've tested new campaigns.
So, if you want a quick way to test a new campaign with pops without having to wait for approval or anything like that, just setup a campaign on PopCash called TEST and then make the adjustments to it each new test you want to run.
Fine print: I am not advocating you break PopCash terms by promoting some shady offer they would never approve.
