Pop traffic source recommendations with categorization.

I have been using PopAds. I am looking for more traffic sources with categorization because no categorization means too much money wasted on testing. I know there is a mixed reviews about their traffic but it has been awesome for me (as long as you ultra target).

I have also tried:
PopCash - decent but only categorization for mainstream, low starting bids
ZeroPark - none (only unknown "sources"), high starting bids.

Any recommendations? Oh and they must accept paypal/cc. I am American and it is a pain to
