At first, there was no issue when I started using Adsterra. However, after encountering the problem of my domain (starter.com) being flagged, I applied for a new domain (games.store). I have always been using Binom as my tracker, so I added the configuration for this new domain (wwgame****.store) and continued running ads on Adsterra.
The issue first occurred when I launched an offer from Traffic Company. After Adsterra reviewed it, the ad was rejected. and response cited an issue with redirection—the final URL in the redirect chain was problematic and needed to be fixed by removing the final redirect step. That’s when I contacted the AM from Traffic Company and provided them with Adsterra's explanation along with the redirect documentation, but I haven’t received any reply since then.
Soon after, I tried launching another offer from a different network (CD, Sigma), and again, after review, Adsterra rejected it for the exact same reason. At this point, I began suspecting that the issue might lie with the tracker itself. I reached out to Binom support, explained the problem, and shared the redirect documentation.
