Outdated Tracker Database

How do you guys optimize campaigns using a tracker with an outdated database?

I’m using Binom v2 and their support confirmed their database is outdated.

For example in the campaign below, I don’t know what ‘Generic_Android’ or ‘Generic’ devices are in PopAds

I don't want to guess and randomly exclude things.

Any thoughts on this?
