Noob Here with a question about running landing pages with PPV

Hey everyone, for the past few months I've been running bing ads for maxbounty and I'm not making as much profit as I wanted to so I decided to learn more about PPV. I just got an account with Popads, Propeller, & Zeropark and I'm curious if I should run my own landing page for offers such as sweepstakes, antivirus, app download, etc..? or should I direct linking. I read many follow alongs on here and I'm still confused with it. Any inputs would
