Mobipium payment terms

I read from the forum that mobipium has had a poor record in sending payment. Is it still so? What does Net 15 or Net 30 really mean? Does it mean I will receive the payment 15 or 30 days after I submit the invoice (which is after AM confirms the number) OR after the last day of the month?
