Mobipium offer status "Blocked"

Hi, guys

I have a mobipium offer performing well recently. Today morning I found the offer status is "Blocked" in the offer details page, but it the "My Campaigns" page the status is "Active".

I asked my AM but he did not give any convincing answer.

So, why is that ? Am I blocked from promoting the
