How to Combine Solo Ads together with Affiliate marketing together?

I know some solo ads vendors who can sell clicks to their customers. Normally their customer can get an option rate of about 30+%. It seems they are also working on affiliate offers but I am not sure how do they combine the affiliate marketing together with their solo ads business.

Any guide in this forum talking about this?
