Followed @Luke videos and I got Tonic sending data to Bemob okay on a SOI offer. My question is since I haven't yet got a conversion - do I just try to collect more data and leave bids alone or do I try to adjust my bids to increase my win rates?
2) I'm running a pop offer. Would it be different if I changed it to a ppv? How do you know if you should present the offer as a pop or a
