From SmartCPM to Flat CPM on PropellerAds

So, I recently started testing just a flat CPM instead of using the SmartCPM feature on PropellerAds and my results have actually been much better. I am getting more traffic, it actually seems to be converting better (which is odd), and CPMs are down.
