Double Meta Refresh Causing Virustotal Flags

Recently, I have had an issue where if I am running double meta refresh on my campaigns I am getting flagged by Virustotal.com

Specifically from Trustwave. If I turn off the double meta refresh the flag goes away.

Curious if anyone else has experienced this?
