Do traffic sources "steal" our campaigns?

So there's no secret that traffic sources have their own affiliate departments to copy tactics of the successful affiliates, who buy traffic from them, right?

I know they don't have so much data from affiliates, but combos Zeropark + Voluum or Voluum DSP + Voluum these data have.
