If you're running MVAS offers and don't have an account with Golden Goose (@MrGoose )... you need one. They're a great network that pays daily with just $20 in earnings. That's a HUGE help as a newbie with a small cash flow. 
Golden Goose has some unique features and one of the best features is what they call "Traffic Back".
Most affiliate networks send your traffic that doesn't meet the targeting requirements of the offer to their "in-house" SmartLink... taking ~20% margin.
Not terrible, but you could monetize this traffic yourself and eliminate the affiliate network's margin (sometimes double margins if the affiliate network is backfilling their own SmartLink with Monetizer... like many do
).
