Api to automatically update the status of the offer

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know any api or code (php javascript), that can automatically update the status of the offer. E.g if it is paused or deleted or still active.

How do you integrate the api with your third party tracker (e.g redtrack) so I can see on my tracker whether the offer is active
