Adsterra, cpa wrong value, any help

@Adsterra CPA Network , @Adsterra Hi, sorry if I use the forum as an extension of Adsterra support but they seem not to be able to solve the problem. Helpful as usual but this time cant solve. It's a simple one. Cpa goal value ( cost to be paid for conversion in a Cpa model ) is not respected and a higher value is charged ( yes after the test ( 10 usd spent after 2 dys approx) is over so it's pure wrong conv price wrong ). They say the problem is with the "atpay" token in postback that in Voluum is www.pbterra.com/name/................../at?subid_short={externalid}&atpay={payout}. What I notice is that support when i signed up many time ago made me modify the standard template of Voluum for Adsterra ( attached ) that has a) 10 token 2) no cost token. My current one is different and its likely to be the problem. I made the point that payout is a dynamic token and represents the gross revenues of conversion and shouldn't b logically connected to cpa as the latter is a static value I'm setting in the campaign dashboard and in the tracker only for statistical values but it's excluded
