Since we're running a massive $5000 contest with Partners.House, I thought I would put together a quick guide showing how I added push notifications from Partners.House to my landing pages... 
First, you'll need to sign up for an account. Partners.House is a monetization platform similar to Monetag and RollerAds. You can learn more here:

Once you're signed up, you simply need to add your website/domain to their platform.
Click here (https://partners.house/create-platform) and then select your "Platform":
You can choose to just use their landing page (they give you several to choose from) and basically create a smartlink for collecting push subs on with other monetization opportunities. This is a pretty powerful solution if you don't want to host the landing page yourself.
Otherwise, I would just click Add landing page and then you can your domain.
You'll notice they do have as CPL model but it is not enabled by default. The default (similar to Monetag and RollerAds) is revshare. This is likely the one you will need to use until you have proven traffic and at that point, you'll probably still make more off the revshare.
