The propush revenue would be reason enough to run things at breakeven, wouldn't be surprised if people do. I just started transitioning over to propush and damn the CPMs are way better than Monetizer (0.05cpm vs 0.30cpm) for 1 geo.

They don't charge wire fees on their end but there will be intermediary fees. I have had payments for around $100 via wires, sometimes i got the payment without fees deducted but other times intermediary fees were deducted, was very random month to month. It ended up being better just to use...

Just confirmed with my AM, DMS minimum pay-out is actually $50 for Wires and ACH. Monthly Net 30 for Inactive pubs but if you are actively sending traffic you can get onto Monthly Net 15.

Was just about to say that, but there is a way to take payoneer if it isnt explicitly available. Get ACH details from Payoneer and use the ACH option in maxweb to get payment, worked great for me. I do that with a few networks now and either use Payoneer or Transferwise.
