Wanted to put this out there so people know what they're dealing with.
Paid ROIads (https://roiads.co/) a prepay wire to run traffic. Conversions were firing fine on my end. I checked the postback myself, sent them the actual conversion link, everything worked. Their guy kept telling me it was my config.
At some point I said fine, I'm done running traffic, just refund the unused balance. Their guy dodges the refund, keeps dragging me back into postback talk, then hits me with the classic "let me check with finance and see if we can - cause our policy doesn't allow that."
He never got back. They already had my money via wire and just went quiet for days. Messages left on read.
