I've been using Hermes extensively over the last two months, sharing all my knowledge and continuously increasing its skills.
My Hermes agent, "Jeena," is now doing almost everything automatically.
The skills built while working with Hermes are saved locally, and you can move them at any time. I first had my agent running on my VPS, then moved all of its skills to a local instance on my PC. Now I simply sync between both.
Nowadays, almost every tool is moving fast by providing an MCP for AI agents, so they can work directly with those tools. Through MCP, an agent can do almost everything a person can do, and you can save your entire workflow and simply tell Hermes to do it for you.
Of course, not every tool provides MCP support for free, but it's incredibly helpful.
1. Adplexity MCP API
Recently, I tested the Adplexity MCP and API for Adplexity Social (I believe it's currently available only for Social).
As expected, it's credit-based, so the agent can't retrieve all the data simultaneously because of the API limits.
That said, I really liked it.
