Running Meta ads for peptides was extremely unstable for us at first.
We were dealing with constant ad rejections, policy warnings, spending limits, and very inconsistent delivery. ROAS was stuck around ~3x, and every time we tried to scale, it just triggered more reviews and restrictions.
What finally changed things wasn’t a new creative or a new offer. The real breakthrough came when our setup was rebuilt with compliance as the starting point. The account structure was cleaned up, assets were separated properly, and the funnel was aligned with how Meta actually evaluates sensitive verticals like peptides.
