Stupidity at its finest, or a necessary learning curve? You tell me. 
I know the veteran advice: "Smartlinks aren't recommended for stable, scalable profit." But I’m naturally curious, and I just have to experience it and see the data for myself.
My thought process lately has been a total rollercoaster. First, it was: "Alright, so much to learn -> found this thing called a Smartlink -> happy!" But then I read more and thought, "Nope, direct link offers are much better -> skimmed through endless lists -> talked to my AM." Eventually, I got so overwhelmed that I ended up right back at square one. I decided to just go with the path of least resistance to actually get a campaign launched.
So, Smartlink it is! My primary goal isn't to get rich overnight, but to learn the unit economics of Smartlink vs. Direct Link firsthand.
