Question about settings inside PropellerAds for Whitelist campaign?

I'm creating a new whiteliste campaign inside PropellerAds, and after adding the ID of the zone that I want to target, this option appeared on the screen:

What does this setting mean? Should I leave it ticked or unticked?

My goal with this campaign is to target only the IDs that have generated
