Hello everyone,
I want to share my recent and very frustrating experience with PropellerAds, hoping it will help others avoid a similar situation.
I registered an account with PropellerAds and made a $200 deposit.
I did not launch any campaigns, nor did I authorize anyone else to use my account.
Suddenly, my account was suspended without warning.
I later discovered that my funds were somehow linked to another unknown account (catorzo*[email protected]).
Despite multiple explanations that this account does not belong to me, PropellerAds insisted there was a connection.
I provided payment confirmation emails, deposit receipts, KYC documents, and even screenshots proving my identity.
They kept repeating that a “second account” existed under my details, which I have never created or used.
Even after completing all required verifications (KYC, ID, proof of address, etc.), they refused to restore my account.
Their final reply was that the case is closed, cooperation discontinued, and no refund will be issued.
I deposited $200 in good faith, submitted all required documents, and fully cooperated with their process.
Instead of protecting my account, they ended up protecting the second account I don’t even recognize.
Just a warning for others —
