Are Adbison and Adavice still running businesses?

they have some money of me that I wanted to spend but no human is responding to skype. Adavice campaigns running with a 4% ctr in landing page ( how "funny" ), . Is this a selfadvertiser similar case? Does anyone have a contact person or mail ?
