i have a problem at propellerads my campaigns don't get traffic , in the first two day the campaigns was good , the traffic good , the conversion rate also very good but today i dont get any traffic so guess that im underbid so i changed from cpa campaign to , i started a smart cpm a campaign and also i only get a litlle traffic even if they show my winning rate is 43%
is this normal?
