I can only advise from our end of the process. Which could be any or all of: - javascript disabled - repeatedly sending the same user - and continually billing you for that - (we only record unique hits) - fallback being triggered, with fallback disabled

What i would suggest as a test is sending the same traffic to a few other networks and seeing how you perform with them.
