1. Bad service response time, I signed up for cloud pro with discount, and when setting up the ssl, it take 3 days for the support to process my request and start working on installing ssl.

2. Misleading DISCOUNT promotion. When I sign up for test, they have a promo for blackfriday is automatically applied, but they did not mention using a promo code means no free trial period in any forms of notification.

3. Then I was disappointed with their service and wanted to opt out in less than the claimed 14 free trial days. They denied my request and stating using promo code means no free trial.

4. Anyone wants to try thrive tracker should be alarmed with their TOS and the poor support.

5. This is my opinion, and I will not try any of their service.

I been using ThriveTracker since September.
This is hands down the best platform for beginner affiliates and superaffiliates. It is also very inexpensive.

Self-Hosted is $99/month, and UNLIMITED CLICKS!!! If you are very technical, know how to install wordpress manually, or if you ever installed Prosper202 before. I recommend doing self-hosted. I highly recommend using a Dedicated Server, Quad-Core, and 8GB of ram. I also recommend setting up a CDN such as CloudFlare. If you have no clue what I just said or it's tough for you to do technical work, you should get their Cloud Hosting instead.

ThriveTracker platform is very similar to Voluum. Definitely check out their demo link: https://demo.thrivetracker.com . They have a lot of preconfigured Traffic Sources for you to add in. They also have a video tutorial so you can learn each tab. I find it very easy to add Offers, Affiliate Networks, Setting up Campaigns and Campaign Rotations.

I honestly don't have any cons for this tracking platform. If you are a Voluum user and looking to make a switch because it's expensive, low clicks, or having a hard time using their tracker. Check out ThriveTracker.
