Why doesn't popads start camp?

I've been using popads.net since the first guide was done here. I am not an expert or anything, but am able to figure out what is going on (usually).

I had a campaign approved about 3 days ago but I can't get it to start. I've never had this problem before.

I thought maybe I accidentally clicked on pause so I hit the Start button to be safe. No matter what I do, I can't get it going. It has not served anything and the funds are there.

I am not targeting a country with low traffic numbers. Should have blown my budget in like
