When you have setup and testing a new offer across many targets/sources to see what converts, and if you do not get conversions, at what point would you say that offer isnt working and stop that offer?
When the whole campaign is x3 to x5 the offer payout or when each target/source is x3 to x5 then exclude/pause the target/source or
