What kind of tutorials you prefer?

I want to make a poll , I want to know what kind of tutorials are more likely and easy-to-understand for the majority of you..
Text tutorials with screenshots or Video tutorials??

For me, I prefer text tutorials, it's just more simple and easy to understand. While video tutorials sometimes are just a waste of time, and they keep talking and talking on and on, that drives me nuts sometimes, and they move VERY slowly!
I think the text tutorials are the best especially for programming.
