Taboola issue with Landers

is anyone having issues with taboola not liking single link landers now a days? I have been advertising with them and now they are not accepting my landers because it is all single clicks. I need to expand the links to other parts of a 'website' even though at the top they require advertorial to be listed.

anyone relink these landers to other landers? but how to track properly? from the single click?
