For those playing around with smart cpm and automatic algorithms in your source, which one are you using to test new offers?
Let's say Propeller:
Should i start campaign in smart cpm and if it works -> optimize -> run the same offer with optimized targeting as cpa goal?
or run as cpa goal first -> if it works run it as
