Hello all! 
A couple months ago, I made a withdrawal from GG to WebMoney (since there is 0% commission).
I usually work with Payonner and it is a tool that except for the poor customer service, works quite well.
With no commissions (from GG to Webmoney) I was encouraged to work with them. This is the first time I've tried it and so far have had a dire experience with them.
The language is a problem (absolutely everything in Russian), but with an online translator I can manage.
Once you receive your money in your WMZ account, my goal is to make a withdrawal to my personal bank account. For this, you need a lot of documents, create accounts, electronic passports, confirm your residence, confirm the bank account that will receive the money by document (less than 6 months), download applications (E-num), and I don't know how many other things....
I am losing patience and even the interest to recover that money.
The only thing I want to do now is to transfer my money from Webmoney to my bank account, credit card, PAYPAL or whatever....
Has anyone had something similar happen to them? I live in Europe.
