I have a PPV campaign and got some results, now I do not know if it is worth adding the following sites to the blacklist, on the one hand they have a lot of conversions, on the other hand they spend a lot of money, what should I do?
CPV = EPV but ROI does not stabilize.
I tried to see what causes such a big waste of money, I found only a few versions of browsers that I had already removed, I also looked at cities and OS versions, there were all red fields, I can't remove all versions of android and all cities))
