When you're running an offer it matters the relationship between the Geo payment and that Geo Avg bid in the Traffic source?
For example if there's an offer that is multi geo and In the US is paying $3 and in Italy is paying $1 but you find out that in the traffic source you're going to run this offer the average bid is not so much different from one country to another (and in some cases the Geo that is paying less has a more expensive bid that the one that is paying more in the offer payout)
My quick though is that it matters a lot, that is better to run this offer with the better relationship: Avg bid - offer payout
But I would like to
