@MrGoose
Can I switch to a different Account Manager (AM)? This guy is really hard to deal with; waiting for his response feels like a 3G user in remote Africa, with delays exceeding 24 hours or more. Do any other friends also have the same AM? I want to know if I'm being treated differently.
@Luke Can I curse?
