Mobidea offers don't show up trought VPN

Hello,

When I try to check Mobidea offers through VPN I always get some text based landing page that is not related to the offer(attached picture).
Is this because they detect VPN and offer works normal for the user?
What other way can I use to check the landing page of offer ?
