The FCC last week passed a new ruling that customers have to physically chose the vendor they want their data to be sent to. This affects a lot of the OO offers such as mine, and even offers that distribute leads based off a ping post system. This hurts leads sold where the vendor calls them, especially when random SMS are being sent.
What is everyone's thoughts on this? I am pivoting as I usually do and, and course, adjusting but curious to know where you think the industry is leading now that lead gen is getting more strict and that inbound calls might be more profitable.
