Hey everyone,
Following up from my intro thread, I’m trying to understand how real the working capital / cash flow bottleneck is for media buyers who already have live profitable campaigns.
For people running real numbers: when a campaign is already in the green, how often does payout timing or available ad spend actually stop you from scaling?
I’m also trying to understand what a controlled first test would need to look like for a buyer who already has verified positive numbers, especially on the technical side:
I’m not looking to fund ideas or untested campaigns. I’m trying to learn how this would work in practice with buyers who already have campaigns that are performing.
If this has been a real bottleneck for you, I’d be curious to hear:
1. What usually limits you first: payouts, ad spend, cards/accounts, holds, or something else?
2. What kind of control / verification would feel reasonable from your side?
3. Would a controlled funding test be useful if the campaign numbers were already

- traffic source setup
- ad account / card controls
- daily caps
- live stats
- payout flow
- what would make this safe enough for both sides
