Is there any competition between the Propeller website and the direct link?

There are two ad formats under the Propeller pop ad format: website and direct link. Many zone IDs are common between them. If I run these two ad formats at the same time in the same location, will there be price competition between them?
I asked the propeller customer service, but she gave me a very vague answer.
