Is there a way to redirect traffic from an offer to another ?

does anyone know if there is a way to redirect traffic from one offer to another ?

assuming i send traffic to offer A . but then the traffic doesnt convert , then i send it to offer B .

is there anyway in tracker ? im using BEMOB as a tracker .

would really appreciate advise on this .
